Hold Out Your Hand

Photo found HERE

Let's forget the world for a while
fall back and back
into the hush and holy
of now

are you listening? This breath
invites you
to write the first word
of your new story

your new story begins with this:
You matter

you are needed - empty
and naked
willing to say yes
and yes and yes.

Do you see
the sun shines, day after day
whether you have faith
or not
the sparrows continue
to sing their song
even when you forget to sing
yours

stop asking:  Am I good enough?
Ask only
Am I showing up
with love?

Life is not a straight line
it's a downpour of gifts, please -
hold out your hand

  3. Such a beautiful poem, sweet friend. Wow, you just keep it coming so magically.
If I win, I will gift it to my mother, since I got to be a part of the beauty. I hope everyone who is feeling it signs up, because the container of precious love you create with this class needs to be experienced!
I am holding out my hand to see this journey through with integrity.
XO and congratulations on all you do, Julia. You are a gift to all of us.

  4. Julie,

What a perfect day for me to visit with you. You came alive through your video, projecting beauty, perfection and wholeness. I felt like we were sitting in a room on big comfy chairs, just the two of us. Each word you breathed out filled the room with truth.

I am so happy for you as you continue to embrace and nourish your dreams. You are a beautiful gift.

So, six words or less. Here I go ...
I am holding out my hand to reconnect with what matters most.
